Returns & Warranty Policy

RETURNS POLICY

1. Proof of Purchase Required
   Returns or credit requests will only be processed if the original invoice number is provided with the returned goods.

2. 14-Day Return Window
   Items returned in unused and resalable condition within 14 days from the invoice date will be accepted, subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.

3. Returns After 14 Days
   Products returned more than 14 days from the invoice date will not qualify for credit or refund.

4. Low-Value Items
   No credit will be issued on any item with a retail value below R 200-00.

5. Electrical Components
   Electrical products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Special Order / Non-Stock Items
   Items that are specially ordered, custom-built, or not part of our standard stock range cannot be returned for credit.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Important Notice
Warranty coverage is void on vehicles used in mining operations or vehicles that have been modified beyond manufacturer specifications.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you need to submit a warranty claim:

• Please contact Trailcrafters 4×4 where the product was purchased.

• They will liaise directly with the supplier head office and guide you through the official return and assessment procedure.

• Valid proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility within the applicable warranty period.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty applies from the date of purchase and is valid for the period or distance listed below — whichever occurs first, unless otherwise specified.
